We may share you information with selected third parties including suppliers and sub-contractors to allow us to fulfil contractual obligations or provide you with goods and services.

Your information is securely stored. The time that we retain your personal data is dependent on the purpose as set out below:

  • information relating to a contract including but not limited to the provision of good or services – 7 years from completion
  • information provided from you for recruitment purposes – 12 months from the date of last engagement

At the end of the retention period the information in any form is securely disposed of.
